Minuteman V is a five-story commercial office building with 127,800 sq. ft. of class A office space. Hunt Electric performed a full design-build project for both the core and shell and six tenant improvements we completed within the structure. Exterior work included refitting a cell tower on top of the building and prepping it for a solar array. Infrastructure improved the site by installing nine 6-inch underground conduit raceways to support Minuteman V and prepare for the next phase of construction on the site. Hunt’s Sustainable division installed five electric vehicle (EV) pedestals that support 10 charging stations.
