To help Security National create a business campus that reflects the company’s status as an award-winning workplace for its employees, Hunt Electric supported Layton Interior Construction Specialists (ICS) on a tenant improvement of this class A office space. This is the second new building on their corporate campus, and it allows Security National to consolidate several different divisions into one location to enhance efficiency.

In the design phase, our electrical engineering and project management team faced the challenge of designing the lighting and electrical system to meet the operational needs and aesthetic vision of three different divisions in the Security National family that share the building. The trust and strong relationship we cultivated with the owner allowed us to communicate clearly and work closely with them. As a result, we could make changes quickly to meet each division’s needs and stay within the schedule and budget.

Hunt’s Technology division provided the fiberoptic backbone, installed security systems, and completed the structured cabling scopes. Our AV department equipped the boardroom, breakrooms, and conference rooms with audiovisual equipment. Hunt cooperated with other trades to ensure an efficient installation and to deliver high-quality work. Our divisions coordinated seamlessly with each other and the other specialty contractors to complete this project on schedule and to meet the exacting standards that make the Security National Headquarters stand apart.
