This project consists of four floors of commercial tenant space located atop a new high-rise in Denver for the Polsinelli Law Group. The structure boasts 13 stories of leasable space and 9 stories of parking. The building also includes ground-floor retail, and is pursuing LEED Gold. Hunt Electric provided the electrical, lighting, fire alarm system and lighting control systems amidst complete BIM coordination of all ceiling devices and luminaries.
