Stein Eriksen Residences is a 224,000 sq. ft. community of 38 two- to-five-bedroom condos featuring ski-in/ski-out access at Deer Valley Resort. Hunt Electric provided design and installation of all electrical, technology, power conditioning (TVSS), security, distributed antenna system (DAS), access control, audio video systems (AV) and home automation systems for these new luxury residences. Working with individual tenants like the Pruitts, the Hunt Electric Technology Division customized automated residential systems in each unit to fit owner’s specific needs.
