The Catholic
Community Services of Utah (CCS), Ogden facility is the largest food pantry in
northern Utah serving more than 5,000 households every month. Hunt Electric
installed 132 solar panels that now provide 23% of the facility’s power and
generate more than 65,000 kilowatt-hours of solar energy. Hunt worked closely
with CCS to ensure they met the requirements of the BlueSky Grant offered by
Rocky Mountain Power that provided $106,419 in funding to make the project
possible.
