Dixie Power selected Hunt Electric to design and install two DC Fast Chargepoint CPE250 electric vehicle chargers at their St. George office. This project educates the public on the benefits of EV chargers which include fully charging a vehicle within 30 to 90 minutes. 

The project also helped Dixie Power promote the cooperative goal it shares with the Utah Department of Transportation of installing a fast-charging station every 50 miles within the state. To ensure that the project met safety and permitting standards, Hunt Electric installed numerous removable bollards.
