This building features 293 living units with a centralized 5 story parking garage. This mixed-use community has multiple common rooms, a swimming pool/courtyard, and a rooftop patio fitted with A/V. This project is unique in that it parallels a Trax Station which is a bonus for those that commute. This project required a lot of leg work up front to ensure that Rocky Mountain Power was able to provide the necessary power required for the facility. This project has taken the place of an old abandoned Industrial building and has brought new beauty to the area.
