Wadsworth Brothers Construction selected Hunt Electric in the design phase of the project as the design-build contractor. The scope of work included the demolition of the existing six-story building and reconstruction of the new 11-story parking structure. The project was designed with an all exposed conduit system that included lighting, security raceway, generator backup and fire alarm. The design also included the electrical system for two elevators.
