15th and Stout is a 22-story high-rise hotel located in downtown Denver. The project is approximately 270,000 sq. ft. and consists of an underground amenity level, first floor lobby/retail, 5 levels of above grade parking and 15 levels of hotel rooms and meeting space. Hunt Electric is proud to be a partner in this design-build project, with our scope including electrical, low voltage, A/V and security.
